Yes the blue means something! We are going to have baby boy #6! I was having a hard time getting my blog to cooperate yesterday, and I wanted to call my Mom and Dad and tell them first! So everyone here is taking it well! I thought I would have a hard time but I really think God has given me peace! I just giggled for about two hours after Eric did the scan! 6BOYS! Boy am I out numbered! Eric was upset though. I know we ALL really wanted to have a girl, but Eric feels bad for not being able to provide me what my heart desires. I just try to reassure him if God wanted us to have a girl he will give her to us when the time is right! I wish I knew God's plan! Is he telling us we are not done, keep trying and you will have your girl? Or is adoption something to look at? I just cannot see NOT having a sweet little girl, not just for myself but for Eric to experience "Daddy's Little Angel", and for the boys to have a sister to love and protect. Alot of prayers are going out to have his path clear to us. The boys all took it differently. Little Eric I think was relieved. He was afraid he was going to have to share a room with one of his brothers if it was a girl! Joshua we thought would take it the hardest. But he was so sweet to turn to me and make sure I was o.k.!! Bryce cried for about five minutes, and all he could say was I really wanted a baby sister :( Logan and Ty were totally fine! Which was a surprise to us seeings it was Logan who had been praying for that baby girler for so long. He did say that maybe then next time if we pray for a baby boy we will get a baby girler! So we will see. Until then it is BLUE! Now the official ultrasound is not for another three weeks. We continue to pray that baby is healthy and there are no problems! If anyone has some boys names send them our way! We are keeping the traditional A middle names. We belive we are going with Austin. So anything that sounds good with that. Oh and not to make it harder, we are trying not to repeat initials. So anything other that, EAD, JAD, BAD, LAD, TAD! Thank You all though for all those pink prayers! I now he has heard them all and knows our hearts desires. I just believe he is saying, NOT YET!!!!

Congratulations!!! God must really know that you are GREAT at raising up BOYS!! It takes an awful lot to raise up godly young men, and you are doing a great job! God's timing is always perfect - and He must be getting a kick out of seeing us wiggle and squirm about it! Now to figure out a name - does it get harder with each child you have? Have you used all the names up yet?? :)
Think of it this way.. the Dalton name will be around for a loooong time. ;) Glad your finally back up and blogging.. I thought you disappeared. Well.. actually, you did. But I'm glad your back. =) Anywho... I'll think of some names and send em over. It would be cool later down the road telling my 8th cousin that I helped pick out his name. =)
I am so thrilled for ya'll. I know God's plan is perfect for your family and He doesn't make mistakes.
We will get right on the name thing:) Hey the Duggers are on the 18 and they all have names that start with J so how hard can this be??
Denise...I think you are the most blessed woman in the world!!! You have the hearts of SIX men!!! I think that the biggest congrats are in order!!! I for one think that w/ the quailty of little men that you are raising....you should have 20 more!!! You are an absolutely amazing mom and I can't WAIT to hold this new precious baby boy!!!!!!!
Congrats sis!!! There's a reason it's a boy! I think it's cuz you are so good with boys. Each boy you have is 1 more big brother to protect the little girl, right?!?! Isn't that what you wanted?! Call me and we'll talk about boy names cuz I have an opinion on a LOT of boy names!! I can tell you the names of ones that were sweet in my classes and names of ones that weren't. HAHAHA Congrats Dalton family!! I'm gonna love it no matter what it is :)
Congrats!!!! What a wonderful blessing. The Lord just knows that you and Eric are raising some fabulous, God-loving men...our world needs so many more of those these days. And, his timing is always perfect. One day you will be posting about a little lady, just later than sooner:)
